Terms and Conditions
Once falcon-safaris.net have
confirmed to you that your required dates are available, a
non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total of the tour cost,
per person is required to confirm the reservation.
We will 'hold' your required dates for a period of seven
days to enable the deposit to be made, after that your reservation
will have 'unconfirmed' status, and may result in you losing
your preferred dates.
The Balance payment must be made 42 days prior to the date
of tour departure. Failure to comply with the deposit and
balance payment requirements may result in automatic cancellation
of your reservation.
Payment can be made by bank draft, money order, check or
wire transfer. Visa and Mastercard are accepted but incur
a 6.5% bank service charge.
You may also make your reservation through a Travel Agent,
local to you. In this case, you will not be entitled to the
discount offered to direct internet bookings, since your
preferred Travel Agent will receive commission.
Any last minute bookings made within 20 days prior to the
tour departure: $25 per person will be added to cover the
cost of sending your air tickets by courier.
A $30 per change will be applied to any change made after
the booking has been confirmed.
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to
cover the possibility of cancellation. Our Cancellation and
Cancellation of a confirmed tour will result in the following
4 - 6 weeks prior to departure: 40% of Tour Cost
2 - 4 weeks prior to departure: 60% of Tour Cost
0 - 2 weeks prior to departure: 100% of Tour Cost
No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused
because of a cancellation or change made by participants
themselves while the tour is in progress.
All tours organized by falcon-safaris.net involve local incoming Ground Handlers, who reserve the right to change
and readjust the tour schedule, transportation, hotel accommodation
and services indicated in the brochure in the event of unforeseen
Safari Lodges and Safari Hotels used by falcon-safaris.net will
require you to sign an indemnity form before going on excursions.
Tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without
prior notice, although falcon-safaris.net will
do everything in its power to prevent such changes, or to
give you ample prior notice.
Travel insurance can be arrange through our company, but
it is advisable to chose an insurer in the Country you reside.
We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time
should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate or increases
in the cost of any portion of the tour.
Residents of Great Britain should note that falcon-safaris.net is
a South African based Tour Operator. Any Regional African
scheduled airline tickets that are included in our Tours
are issued directly by the Airline concerned, and falcon-safaris.net
act only as a 'ticket provider'. falcon-safaris.net does
not include or organize any International flight tickets
from or to the United Kingdom.

all tour arrangements. All coupons, receipts and tickets
issued by falcon-safaris.net are subject to the terms and
conditions stipulated by the suppliers. falcon-safaris.net shall
be exempt from any liability for loss, damage to property,
accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond
its control. Should there be any change of arrival/departure
time and the entry/exit transportation used by the tour, falcon-safaris.net shall
not held responsibility for the loss caused thereof.
